According to information provided by the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the 11 months of 2025, key sectors of the economy significantly contributed to the formation of tax revenues for the budget.
The structure of these revenues shows a stable growth, where the mining sector accounted for 20.6% of the total tax contributions, trade made up 31%, financial services accounted for 4.7%, construction 5.6%, telecommunications 2.3%, electricity 2%, education 1.5%, and the production of alcoholic beverages 1.7%.
In absolute figures, revenues from the mining sector from January to November 2025 amounted to 56.7 billion soms, which is 18.7 billion soms more than in the same period of 2024. Trade brought in 84.6 billion soms, increasing by 20.4 billion soms compared to the previous year. The construction sector showed revenues of 15.5 billion soms, which is 6.3 billion more than in 2024. Small and medium-sized enterprises contributed 23.7 billion soms, accounting for 8.6% of total tax revenues and increasing by 10.1 billion soms compared to last year.
By the end of December 2025, the Tax Service successfully fulfilled the established annual plan for tax collection, having collected a total of 275 billion 742 million soms.
These results indicate stable economic growth and a consistent tax policy.
