Below are the data on the distribution of payments:
- citizens who have reached retirement age – 199 thousand 750 people (amounting to 3 billion 100.8 million soms);
- citizens who have moved abroad for permanent residence – 4 thousand 524 people (254 million soms);
- heirs of deceased insured persons – 11 thousand 919 people (361.9 million soms);
- military personnel – 998 people (11.7 million soms);
- individuals receiving a mortgage loan – 388 people (88.2 million soms);
- individuals who previously received a mortgage loan – 7 thousand 937 people (1 billion 787.5 million soms);
- individuals paying rent (financed by JSC "GIK") – 341 people (55.8 million soms);
- individuals participating in shared construction or repaying payments under installment contracts – 391 people (82.4 million soms);
- individuals recognized as unemployed – 316 people (6 million soms);
- individuals with severe illnesses – 790 people (129.5 million soms).
It should be noted that there is an opportunity to use pension savings to improve the standard of living and social welfare of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in various areas.
1. Payments to pensioners
• Citizens who have reached retirement age and have savings in their personal insurance accounts can receive payments according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Pension Social Insurance".
2. Moving abroad
• Citizens who have moved or plan to move abroad for permanent residence can also receive their pension savings held in personal accounts.
3. Inheritance
• Heirs of deceased insured persons have the right to receive funds that were accounted for in their personal insurance accounts.
4. Payments for military personnel
• Military personnel can receive funds from the accumulative pension fund upon reaching the age of 63, provided there are funds in their accounts. It should be noted that military personnel do not make contributions to the Social Fund during their service, but this rule applies to those who worked in the civilian sector before or after service and made the corresponding contributions.
5. Mortgage
• Citizens and their spouses who have received a mortgage loan or are paying for housing rent with subsequent purchase under a state program can use their pension savings for the down payment and repayment of the mortgage loan.
6. Unemployment
• Officially registered unemployed individuals have the right to receive pension savings in accordance with the established minimum subsistence level for the working-age population.
7. Treatment of severe illnesses
