Distribution of volumes by regions (million USD)
The largest share of investments traditionally went to Bishkek, where the total volume amounted to $1,769.2 million, while a year earlier this figure was $2,800.9 million. The capital's share of the total investment volume decreased from 57.9% to 44.6%.
Some regions demonstrated significant growth in attracted investment volumes:
- Chuy Region: $681.5 million (in 2024 — $327.9 million), the share increased from 6.8% to 17.2%.
- Jalal-Abad Region: $371.1 million (in 2024 — $320.0 million), the share rose from 6.6% to 9.4%.
- Naryn Region: $98.2 million (in 2024 — $78.1 million), the share amounted to 2.5% (up from 1.6%).
- Osh Region: $47.3 million (in 2024 — $42.4 million), the share increased to 1.2% (from 0.9%).
At the same time, a decrease in investment volumes is observed in the following regions:
- Issyk-Kul Region: $739.0 million (in 2024 — $980.4 million), the share decreased from 20.3% to 18.6%.
- Batken Region: $63.1 million (in 2024 — $76.0 million), the share remained at 1.6%.
- Talas Region: $146.7 million (in 2024 — $152.7 million), the share amounted to 3.7% (up from 3.2%).
- City of Osh: $47.7 million (in 2024 — $54.6 million), the share amounted to 1.2% (up from 1.1%).
Additionally, enterprises without a specified region attracted $1.9 million (in 2024 — $1.4 million).
