The main sources of financing were funds from enterprises and organizations, foreign direct investments, bank loans, as well as funds from the population and charitable organizations registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. These sources accounted for 91.9% of the total investment volume.
At the same time, the volume of funds allocated for the construction and renovation of facilities related to the provision of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning decreased by 4% compared to the same period in 2024. The primary financial resources in this area came from foreign investments, funds from organizations and enterprises, as well as bank loans, which constituted 98.1% of the total volume.
