Funding for these projects was mainly provided from the republican budget, foreign grants and humanitarian aid, as well as loans from abroad, funds from the population, and charitable contributions from residents of Kyrgyzstan. These sources accounted for 95.8% of the total funding.
At the same time, the level of investment utilization in fixed capital in the mining sector decreased by 1.6 times. The main sources of financing in this area were funds from enterprises and organizations, foreign loans, and foreign direct investments, which accounted for 99.3% of the total volume.
