The reports indicate that the main source of financing in this sector has been funds from the population, charitable contributions from residents of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as financing from enterprises and organizations, including bank loans. These sources accounted for an impressive 99.8% of the total volume of investments.
Additionally, there is also an increase in investments in the construction and modernization of communication facilities — they grew by 17.6% compared to January–November 2024. Financing in this sector was also carried out through local budget funds, organizations, and the population, including charitable donations from residents of the Kyrgyz Republic.
