Nut imports from China decreased by 25% over 10 months of 2025

According to data from the National Statistical Committee, in the first ten months of 2025, nut imports from China decreased by 25%. From January to October, Kyrgyzstan imported 23,200 tons of nuts from China, costing $24 million. This is significantly less compared to the same period last year, when the import volume was 30,900 tons worth $27.3 million.

In addition to China, nuts also come to Kyrgyzstan from other countries. The table below presents data on nut supplies for January-October 2025 and 2024:
