However, the results for the period from January to November 2025 show a positive trend in monetary terms. Over the 11 months, the total production volume of tobacco products reached 28 million 319.3 thousand soms, which is 12 million 107.5 thousand soms more compared to the same period in 2024, when this figure was 16 million 211.8 thousand soms.
However, the physical volume index for January–November 2025 was 99.4%, indicating stagnation in production in physical terms and significantly lower than last year's level, which was 165.5%. This may indicate uneven production throughout the year and a decrease in output volumes at the end of the reporting period.
