The incident occurred on February 3, around 00:30, when a 17-year-old boy was attacked on Kuliev Street and had his mobile phone stolen. It was only on February 21 that the victim's brother decided to contact the police, after which the case was registered under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational work, police officers were able to detain the suspect, who turned out to be 25-year-old R.D., with previous convictions.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing.
