On December 25, the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, visited the Kyrgyzstan Championship in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, which is taking place at the "Zhashtyk" sports arena. This was reported by the State National Security Committee.
This championship, held as part of the national sports calendar, gathered athletes from various regions and areas of Kyrgyzstan who meet the established requirements for participation, including sports training and medical supervision.
Tashiev congratulated the participants and winners, wishing them further success in sports. During the award ceremony, he presented apartments to six athletes who have achieved success on the world stage, in accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov.
"I congratulate all athletes and winners. Kyrgyzstan holds important positions in the world, especially in freestyle wrestling. We will continue to support athletes representing Kyrgyzstan on the international stage. In accordance with the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov, today we decided to reward six of them," noted Tashiev.
As part of the awards, apartments were handed over to the following athletes: Aiperi Medet kyzy (freestyle wrestling) — a 3-room apartment, Asan Janyshov (Greco-Roman wrestling) — a 2-room apartment, Ikhtiyar Nishonov (boxing) — a 1-room apartment, Omar Livaze (boxing) — a 1-room apartment, Smadiyar Jumakadyrov (Greco-Roman wrestling, Deaflympics) — a 1-room apartment, and Adilet Japar Kulov (freestyle wrestling, Deaflympics) — a 1-room apartment.
