In Bishkek, an organization conducting closed private parties for adults was identified, according to information from the Main Internal Affairs Department.
On January 6, 2026, law enforcement received information that a group of people was organizing such events in the capital and then publishing photos and videos in open access on social media platforms like Instagram, as well as in one of the Telegram channels.
This incident was recorded in the automated information system of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
During the inspection, it was established that these events were held in a closed format and were organized according to a pre-developed plan, with locations changing as rented premises were used for the parties.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against citizens T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (1996), O.G. (2001), R.D. (1999), and J.A. (2001) under Article 109 (Distribution of pornographic materials) of the Code of Offenses. They were fined 10,000 soms.
Additionally, as a result of the measures taken, the activities of one of the establishments where these closed events were held were terminated, and fines were imposed in accordance with Article 109 of the Code of Offenses.
Law enforcement agencies are appealing to citizens, parents, and youth to adhere to the norms of public morality and legislation, emphasizing that participation in the distribution of pornographic materials, including through the internet and messengers, entails legal responsibility. ```
