According to law enforcement agencies, on January 7, information about a possible sale of synthetic drugs in the Pervomaisky district was received by the service that deals with the fight against illegal drug trafficking. Based on this information, the investigative committee of the Pervomaisky ROVD initiated a criminal case.
The suspect turned out to be S. A., born in 2001. Preliminary investigations showed that he received narcotic substances via the Telegram messenger and sold them in the city using the "stash" method.
At the moment, the detainee is in custody in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GUVD of Bishkek. Investigative actions are ongoing.
