An investigative operational group quickly arrived at the scene, together with officers from the district internal affairs department, where the incident was registered. As a result of the actions of law enforcement agencies, 11 individuals were detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and another 18 individuals, who violated public order, were held accountable under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Further investigation is underway.
