The incident occurred while under the influence of alcohol
A 31-year-old man has been detained in Tokmak, who, according to information from the Interior Ministry of the Chui region, is suspected of beating his mother.
According to the police, the victim, I.A., born in 1976, sought help from the police, pointing to her son, I.S., born in 1992.
She stated that at the time of the incident, her son was under the influence of alcohol and, using foul language, inflicted bodily harm on her, resulting in a broken left arm for the woman. A forensic medical examination has already been conducted.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under Article 177 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation is ongoing.
