In Osh, a man suspected of car theft has been arrested.
According to information from the press service of the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs, several cases of car theft were recorded in the city at the beginning of December.
On December 11, 2025, a report was received from K.N., born in 1978, who stated that his silver "Honda Fit" was stolen from the parking lot in front of his house on U.Saliev Street on the night of December 9.
On the same day, a resident of Uzgen Street, Sh.N., born in 1995, reported the theft of his dark blue "Honda Fit," which was stolen on the night of December 6 around 10:30 PM.
Additionally, U.S., born in 1999, stated that his white "Honda Fit" was stolen on V.Uvam Street on the night of December 7 at approximately 10:30 PM.
On December 3, 2025, around 11:55 PM, another "Honda Fit" belonging to T.F., born in 1986, was stolen on A.Shakirov Street.
Moreover, on December 4 at 10:00 PM, a black "Honda Fit" belonging to M.Y.K., born in 1978, was stolen on Uzgen Street," the press service clarified.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect was detained — 16-year-old T.B.M. from the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region, who was caught on December 11 in the city of Manas.
The Osh City Court established a preventive measure for him in the form of detention for a period of one month on the same day.
The suspect used the stolen vehicles, drove them around, and then left them in various locations.
