According to Bekzat Matenov, the leading specialist of the village administration on law and order and emergency situations, funds from the district development fund and the local budget were used for the club in the village of Ak-Chiy, the kindergarten "Nur-El," and the secondary school named after Sabitakuna Jusupbaev, located in the village of Zhany-Tilek.
In particular, a contract was signed for 1 million 139 thousand soms for the fencing of the club's territory in Ak-Chiy and the purchase of necessary equipment, of which 150 thousand soms were provided as co-financing from the local budget.
Additionally, a project was developed for 2 million 195 thousand soms to equip the kindergarten "Nur-El" and the secondary school named after Sabitakuna Jusupbaev. After the completion of the project, the institutions were fully supplied with the necessary equipment, including 220 thousand soms allocated from the local budget as their own contribution.
