In the Issyk-Ata District, former head of the ayil okmotu Alexander Kulbeda has passed away.

Alexander Kulbeda, the former head of the Ak-Kuduk rural council in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region, passed away at the age of 66.

This sad news was confirmed by the Ak-Kuduk rural council, as reported to the Turmush correspondent.

Alexander Viktorovich Kulbeda was born in 1959 in the village of Krasnaya Rechka, located in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region.

After graduating from Kant Secondary School No. 4 in 1976, he continued his education at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.

Kulbeda's first work experience was as a locksmith-electrician at the Kyrgyz MIS. In 1985, he was appointed as a senior electrical engineer at the seed cleaning plant of the same organization.

In 1989, he was transferred to the Kant District Party Committee, where he worked as an instructor, and in 1990 he became the deputy chairman of the Kant City Executive Committee.

From 1998 until 2017, Kulbeda served as the head of the Ak-Kuduk rural council, where he proved to be an effective leader.

For his achievements in professional activities, he was awarded medals, certificates, and letters of appreciation.
