Jazgul Tynibek kyzy, originally from the village of Kuiruchuk in the Jumgal district of the Naryn region, works as a social worker and uses a scooter gifted to her by her husband to visit vulnerable groups of the population.

She was born in 1991 in the village of Kyzyl-Oy, located in the Suusamyr Valley. She is a teacher of the Kyrgyz language and literature, having graduated from the philological faculty of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn.

Since 2021, Jazgul has been working in the Kuiruchuk-Kyzart village council, where she visits elderly and lonely people at home.

About 3,500 people live in Kuiruchuk. Twice a week, she visits 36 low-income families and 8 elderly individuals, inquiring about their condition and providing necessary items.
“Our duties involve providing assistance to lonely elderly people and those with health limitations. We have 8 such beneficiaries. I visit them twice a week to learn about their needs. We also address social issues, work with children, visit families of labor migrants, guardians, and recipients of social contracts. Our work requires a lot of effort, but at the same time, it is interesting. Despite the small salary, we continue our activities. I often move around the streets and houses, so my husband bought me a scooter. It is very convenient to ride,” shared Tynibek kyzy.

Jazgul has three siblings.
