Representatives of the city administration, together with Father Frost and the Snow Maiden, delivered gifts to the children right at their homes. These children are completely dependent on the care of others and suffer from cerebral palsy.
Additionally, the Kara-Kul social welfare office has registered children who are without parental care, as well as children with disabilities. As part of social support, 250 children received financial assistance of 1000 soms each, which was allocated from the local budget.
