Prices for meat and coal checked in the city of Kara-Kul

In Kara-Kul, a raid was conducted aimed at monitoring prices for meat and coal, as well as ensuring food security in the region.

As part of this initiative, organized at the city's major market, price indicators and compliance with standards for essential goods were checked.

The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalikov, as well as employees from the Kara-Kul City Department of Internal Affairs, the State Committee for National Security, the Municipal Property Management, the Tax Service, the Sanitary and Epidemiological Department, and the Veterinary Service.

During the raid, special attention was paid to meat and coal. Traders were engaged in discussions during which the following aspects were checked:

- sanitary conditions of the products;

- storage conditions;

- expiration dates;

- availability of necessary permits;

- compliance with trading rules.

When violations were identified, sellers were given explanations and warnings about the need for strict adherence to legislation, and the issue of the unacceptability of unjustified price increases for food products was discussed.

Similar inspections are planned to continue in the city in the future.

In addition, the Deputy Mayor instructed to place traders offering products at reduced prices in areas with high pedestrian traffic, as well as to move some sellers operating outside the market inside its territory.
