Security measures have been intensified in Kara-Kul ahead of the New Year

On December 25, additional security measures were introduced in Kara-Kul aimed at ensuring public order and the safety of citizens during the New Year holidays, according to information from the city hall's press service.

Participating in this event were the mayor of Kara-Kul Nurtilek Orozbaev, police colonel Bakyt Aipov, who is the deputy commander of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as employees of the city department of internal affairs, military unit No. 7706 of the internal troops, the emergency situations department, veterans of the Batken events, and representatives of the city's utility services.

“During the meeting, specific instructions and recommendations were issued regarding the organization of services for citizens on New Year's Eve and in the days before and after the holidays,” the official statement noted.

Issues related to the organization of patrol services in public places and at venues where festive events will take place were also discussed. A procedure for interaction between law enforcement agencies and services was established, as well as an algorithm for operational response and situation control,” the press service added.
