On December 29, 2025, a garrison drill inspection took place in the central square of the village of Kochkor, in front of the administration building. This event was attended by the leadership of the Kochkor District State Administration, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Police M. Kurbanbaev, as well as Colonel of Police I. Bazarkulov, the head of the local Department of Internal Affairs.
During the drill inspection, the personnel of the department, public volunteer groups, and service vehicles were presented. The participants of the event were assigned tasks to ensure the safety of citizens, maintain public order, and control traffic as part of the preparations for celebrating the New Year 2026.
Attention was focused on:
- prevention of offenses and crimes;
- preventing offenses among employees;
- adherence to service discipline;
- combating crime among youth.
Additionally, the requirements of the orders from the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 5, 2025, No. 855, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Naryn Region dated December 8, 2025, No. 514, and the Kochkor Department of Internal Affairs dated December 8, 2025, No. 259 were explained.
According to the specified orders, from December 29, 2025, to January 8, 2026, the personnel of the Kochkor District Department of Internal Affairs will operate in an enhanced combat mode, fulfilling their official duties.
As part of this mode, 63 employees will be involved in ensuring law and order in the district.
