From January 1 to January 12, 2024, the public service centers (CSPs) in Kyrgyzstan will temporarily suspend their operations. As reported by the State Institution "Kyzmat" under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the institutions will operate as usual until December 31, without reducing working hours before the holidays.

In connection with the upcoming long weekends, the department expects an increase in the number of citizens visiting the CSPs. To minimize queues, it is recommended to use online services through the "Tunduk" platform.

The following services are available on the website:
• the ability to book an electronic queue;
• address registration;
• passport exchange;
• obtaining duplicates of civil registry certificates;
• registration of births and deaths.

Citizens of the country are strongly advised to prepare all necessary documents in advance. Foreign citizens should check the validity of their registration to avoid issues with expirations. Additionally, those planning to travel abroad are recommended to verify the validity of their passports and ensure they have all necessary documents for family members in advance.
