Citizens are asked to prepare documents in advance
From January 1 to January 12, 2026, the public service centers in Kyrgyzstan will suspend their operations. This was announced by the State Institution "Kyzmat" under the office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Until the end of 2025, the working hours of the public service centers will remain the same.
In "Kyzmat," it is expected that after the extended holidays, the number of citizen inquiries will significantly increase, so they advise residents of the country to take care of the necessary documents in advance, especially those planning to travel abroad.
For the convenience of citizens, online services are available through the "Tunduk" platform, including:
- booking an electronic queue;
- address registration;
- passport exchange;
- obtaining duplicates of civil registry certificates;
- registration of births and deaths.
