The chief engineer of the district electric networks, Eldiyar Temirbekov, reported that in 2025, a republican review-competition took place, featuring representatives from seven regions of the country and the capital, Bishkek. The competition evaluation was conducted based on numerous criteria, including the condition of the material and technical base and the overall efficiency of the electric networks. As a result of the event, the Moscow District Electric Networks took first place and were awarded a cash prize of 35,000 soms, Temirbekov noted.
Additionally, as part of the celebration of Energy Day, which recently took place, 11 employees of the district electric networks were awarded Certificates of Honor from the district state administration.
Currently, there are 114 people working in the Moscow District Electric Networks. To improve service for residents, 14,640 "smart" meters have been installed.
