At the opening of the meeting, Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the Presidential Administration, noted that all planned tasks for 2025 had been successfully accomplished.
According to the head of the Administration, the results achieved in 2025 were recognized at the international level. In particular, the growth of Kyrgyzstan's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) exceeded 10%, placing the country among the world leaders in terms of economic development rates.
In 2025, the following key indicators were achieved:
- The GDP increased to 1.8 trillion soms (over $20.5 billion);
- The consolidated budget exceeded 1 trillion soms for the first time;
- The republican budget ended with a surplus of 34.3 billion soms;
- Development expenditures surpassed social expenditures for the first time;
- 341 infrastructure facilities were put into operation and other achievements.
