In the village of Belovodskoye in the Moscow district of the Chui region, the livestock market was closed on December 28. This was reported by the editorial office of Turmush.

Every Sunday, a market was held here, but this time its operation was halted.
The reasons for the closure were explained by a representative of the ayil okmotu Narzan:

“The livestock market located at: Belovodskoye village, Lomonosov Street, 1, does not comply with established veterinary and sanitary standards. In accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 18, 2015, No. 377, its activities and the sale of agricultural animals on the adjacent territory are no longer permitted.”

This information was posted at the entrance to the market, and residents were informed. Nevertheless, many of them organized an informal market outside the closed area.

At the new location, residents offered a two-year-old breeding ram for 80,000 soms, sheep for 20,000–25,000 soms, lambs for 15,000 soms, and goats for 10,000 soms. Winter feed was also available for purchase: a bale of pure alfalfa cost 450 soms, straw was 200 soms, and a bale of silage (70–75 kg) was priced at 650–700 soms.
