Kerimkul Akzholtoevich was born on May 25, 1961, in the village of Jek.
In 1993, he completed his studies at the zootechnical faculty of the Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Skryabin, and three years later, he obtained a degree in accounting from the Frunze Financial College.
He began his career in 1982, working as a paramedic at the Kalinin Veterinary Station. From 1986 to 1996, he worked as a veterinary technician at the Kalinin collective farm, then from 1996 to 2001, he served as the head of the veterinary section, and from 2001 to 2003, he worked as a veterinarian at the LLC "VetInterservice." From 2003 to 2005, he was the head of the veterinary control point at Kant Airport.
Kerimkul Sayndiev was elected head of the rural administration of Jek in 2005 and held this position until 2009. In 2010-2011, he managed the villages of Jek and Gagarin, and from 2013 to 2015, he again headed the Jek rural administration.
He held the status of advisor of the municipal service of the 2nd class.
Sayndiev is survived by a son, two daughters, and seven grandchildren.
