Turmush — Today, a garrison drill inspection took place in the central square of Batken, organized in anticipation of the New Year celebrations. The event was attended by Adylbek Biibosunov, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and Major General of Police.
Also present were the presidential representative in Batken region, Aibek Shamenov, and heads of local law enforcement agencies.
The inspection involved employees of the Batken Regional Department of Internal Affairs, as well as representatives from city and district departments of internal affairs. Military personnel from military unit No. 7707 of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, special forces soldiers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and staff from the road safety service were also involved in the event.
Adylbek Biibosunov congratulated all attendees on the upcoming New Year and emphasized the need for enhanced service during the holiday period.
“The main task of this event was to check the readiness of personnel to ensure public order and the safety of citizens, as well as to prevent offenses and crime,” the official statement noted.
