Today, a republican preventive campaign titled "Adherence to Traffic Rules is a Guarantee of Human Life!" took place in Kyrgyzstan. The main event was held at Ala-Too Square in Bishkek with the support of the officers from the Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the campaign, inspectors did not issue a single protocol; instead, they engaged with drivers, reminding them of the importance of following traffic rules, being attentive while driving, and taking personal responsibility for safety on the roads.
This unexpected approach to prevention elicited positive emotions from motorists, many of whom happily stopped to engage in conversation with the inspectors.
Participants in the campaign received sweets, books on traffic rules, and themed mugs with reminders about traffic regulations as gifts.
According to representatives of the Patrol Service, the goal of the event is to foster a culture of safe driving and reduce the number of traffic accidents.
