According to information from the agency, scammers are sending messages promising cash prizes, bonuses, or gifts from government institutions, banks, and celebrities. Citizens who click on such links encounter requests to enter personal data, bank card details, or confirmation codes. This information is then used for stealing funds and hacking accounts.
In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs strongly urges citizens to be vigilant, avoid clicking on suspicious links, and not disclose personal information, even if the message appears to be an official greeting or comes from an acquaintance.
If you have fallen victim to fraud or suspect a leak of personal data, it is recommended to immediately contact the internal affairs authorities at the number 102.
