According to preliminary data, the injuries he sustained were the result of an attack by a group of unknown individuals. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the infliction of serious harm to health.
As a result of operational activities, two suspects were detained: T.R., born in 2003, and A.U., born in 2005. They were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Other individuals related to this crime have also been identified, and necessary investigative actions are being conducted regarding them.
