The time of the scuffle was recorded at 22:58, when patrol officers noticed a group involved in a fight. After their detention, the young men did not calm down and continued to behave aggressively, using obscene language and ignoring the instructions of law enforcement officers.
In this regard, a preliminary investigation has been initiated, as a result of which the incident was registered as petty hooliganism in accordance with Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainees, men B.D. and S.N., both born in 1998, were placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department.
