According to information provided by the State Environmental and Technical Supervision Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, this violation was discovered during raids conducted in Bishkek and the Alamudun district. Necessary response measures were taken.
The fine was imposed based on Article 230 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, the offender signed a guarantee letter committing to cease fire setting from December 29, 2025.
The ministry emphasized that monitoring raids will continue and be intensified. Citizens are urged to strictly adhere to environmental standards and public order regulations.
