According to Mashiev, the ministry has already implemented a recycling fee on 24 groups of goods, including automotive components.
“At the moment, the recycling fee on vehicles has not been implemented. We have introduced it on some components, as I mentioned, these are 24 groups of goods, including glass, tires, and batteries. Let's analyze the results of the operator of the extended producer responsibility (EPR) and, if necessary, discuss the possibility of introducing a recycling fee on the vehicles themselves in the future,” he concluded.
