Instances of illegal fire setting were observed in Ala-Too Square, and appropriate measures have already been taken regarding these incidents. In accordance with Article 230 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses," the responsible individual was fined 28,000 soms for this violation.
A guarantee letter was also received, confirming the complete cessation of fire setting from December 29, 2025.
The Environmental and Technical Service will continue to strengthen control over compliance with environmental standards and public order, drawing citizens' attention to the necessity of strict adherence to legislation and environmental requirements.
