In accordance with the decree, Almazbek Sharshenovich Atambayev is stripped of the following state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) the highest distinction "Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) the Order of "Manas" II degree;
3) the Order of "Danaker";
4) the medal "Dank".
Additionally, the following documents are annulled by the decree:
1) The Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic awarding the medal "Dank" to Atambayev A.Sh. dated April 22, 1999, No. 106;
2) The Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic awarding the Order of "Danaker" to Atambayev A.Sh. dated November 27, 2007, No. 518;
3) the third paragraph of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on awarding state awards to state and public figures dated November 30, 2011, No. 311;
4) The Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic awarding the highest distinction "Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic" to A.Sh. Atambayev dated November 27, 2017, No. 1. The State Enforcement Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic is obliged to take measures in accordance with the established procedure to seize the mentioned awards and documents listed in the first point, with the aim of transferring them to the fund of state awards.
