According to information provided by the GKNB, the contractor failed to fulfill the obligations of the contract, which manifested in violations of deadlines and technical standards, which, in turn, led to delays in the completion of the road project of national significance.
As part of the criminal case initiated on suspicion of abuse of power, a citizen identified as I.M.I., who works in a commercial organization, has been detained. The detainee is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Karakol.
Investigative actions are ongoing, the GKNB reports.
