According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District of Bishkek, the detained men displayed aggression, did not comply with the lawful demands of law enforcement officers, and used obscene language.
During an operational check, based on Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses, two men born in 1998 were detained and placed in a temporary detention cell.
