In the capital residential area of Archa-Beshik, an illegal workshop engaged in the production of counterfeit vodka was discovered. The press service of the Tax Service issued a corresponding statement.
According to information provided by the agency, employees of the State Tax Service, as part of raid activities for tax control, found this underground workshop in Bishkek.
“During the inspection of the premises where the workshop was located, 122 units of counterfeit alcoholic products, 2,180 excise stamps of dubious origin, as well as 110 liters of liquid with a characteristic smell of alcohol were found. In addition, homemade bottling machines, labels, and glass bottles from various alcoholic beverages were seized,” the official statement said.
Necessary acts were drawn up in this case, and the materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
