On December 31, 2025, the Issyk-Ata police received a report that a resident of the village of Dmitrievka, born in 2004, had been taken to the hospital with serious bodily injuries. Based on preliminary data, the injuries were sustained as a result of an attack by a group of unknown individuals.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Causing serious harm to health).
As a result of operational-search activities, two suspects were detained: T.R., born in 2003, and A.U., born in 2005, who are currently in a temporary detention facility.
Other individuals likely involved in this crime have also been identified, and investigative actions are ongoing against them.
