On December 30, 2025, at 11:00 PM, a report was received on the "102" hotline about a family conflict on Molodoy Gvardii Street. It was established that N. A., while in a state of alcohol intoxication, committed violent actions against his adopted son, M. A., who was born in 2011, and also caused distress to other family members. As a result, he was detained and sent to the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek for a decision in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, on the night of December 30 to 31, around 00:14, residents of the "Umut" residential area reported to the police that S. K., born in 2000, who is raising four small children, including a newborn from 2025, regularly abuses alcohol. This endangers the safety and well-being of the children, leaving them unsupervised and without food.
Upon arrival at the scene, police officers confirmed the information received. In order to ensure the safety of the minors, the children were taken into custody and transferred to specialized institutions.
The city police emphasized that all cases of domestic violence are under the control of the head of the city police, Colonel Azamat Toktonaliev.
