According to law enforcement agencies, the offenders displayed aggression, did not comply with the lawful demands of the police, used foul language, and their actions posed a threat to public safety. This incident was recorded in the log of the October District Internal Affairs Department, and an investigative check is currently underway.
As a result of the investigation under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, known as "Minor Hooliganism," two individuals were detained — B. D. and S. N., both born in 1998. They have been placed in the temporary detention cell of the district department.
