During the investigation, the identity of the man captured on video was established - he is A. A. It was clarified that on December 27 at around 11:30, he was heading to Kemin with his wife M. A. and their two daughters. A conflict arose between the spouses in Novopokrovka, and, as the man claims, he only tried to stop his wife, who was crossing the road with the children, by grabbing her by the hand. Later, the woman and the children were taken away in an unknown vehicle towards the capital. A. A. denies using physical force.
After the incident, M. A. contacted the "102" service while already in Bishkek. As a result, the Oktyabrsky District Internal Affairs Department issued a protection order against A. A. and conducted preventive talks.
During the check, the woman refused to file an official complaint, and no facts of violence or bodily harm were established. Additional preventive talks were also held with A. A. at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District.
Information about the incident was sent to the family's place of residence for further preventive measures.
