According to sources, in the village of Novo-Pokrovka, a woman with children found herself in a situation where her husband began to pursue her. She ran out into the street, asking for help, claiming that she had been subjected to violence by her husband for a long time.
According to information received by the police, on December 27, 2025, at 11:51, a report was registered through the 102 service stating that a man was beating his wife near the "Noorus" store on Lenin Street.
The investigative operational group immediately went to the scene. However, when law enforcement officers attempted to contact the woman who made the call, she responded that they had already left for Bishkek.
“During the investigation, the man captured on video was identified as citizen A.A. On that day, December 27, 2025, around 11:30, he, along with his wife M.A. and their two daughters, was planning to visit the city of Kemin. A conflict arose between them in Novo-Pokrovka, and when he tried to stop his wife, who was crossing the road with the children, he took her by the hand. As a result, an unknown vehicle took the woman and children to Bishkek. According to him, no physical force was used,” the police reported.
Later, M.A. contacted the 102 service in Bishkek, where the staff of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs issued her a protection order and carried out the necessary preventive measures.
Upon further investigation, citizen M.A. refused to file a complaint, and no bodily injuries were found on her. Additionally, preventive measures were conducted with citizen A.A. at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district.
Information about the incident was sent to the couple's place of residence for further preventive actions.
