As a result of the investigation into the criminal case of fraud, a former employee of institution No. 21 of the State Penitentiary Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, known as B. K. B., was detained. B. submitted documents for enrollment in the reserve of personnel of the State Penitentiary Service under the government in June 2025. However, during a special check, it was revealed that his younger brother had been convicted by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek for drug trafficking and received three years of probation supervision. As a result, B. K. B. was not accepted into the personnel reserve, which he learned about on August 6, 2025.
