A citizen of Kyrgyzstan with the initials "B.K.B.", who previously worked at Institution No. 21 of the State Penitentiary Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, has become a subject of a criminal case for fraud. According to information provided by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The detainee posed as an employee of the SCNS, intimidating businessmen with threats of criminal prosecution. As a result of his actions, he managed to illegally obtain 26,300 US dollars from the victims. Furthermore, to create an impression of his high status, "B.K.B." claimed to be a subordinate of the assistant to the chairman of the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kamchybek Tashiev, and referred to his friendship with Tashiev's son. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of this case.
