As part of the investigation into a criminal case under Article 209 ("Fraud"), K.B.K., who previously worked at Detention Center No. 1, was arrested.
According to the investigation, this individual threatened businessmen, promising to bring them to criminal responsibility, and unlawfully obtained an amount of $26,300. As clarified by the GKNB, he posed as a subordinate assistant to the Chairman of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic, Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev, and intimidated his victims by referencing his friendship with Tashiev's son.
