On January 2, 2026, the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chuy Region received a report about a fight that occurred in the center of one of the rural districts of the Issyk-Ata district, involving youth from different villages.
According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident was registered in the established manner. A group of investigators, along with officers from the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district, promptly arrived at the scene.
As a result of the operational and preventive measures, the police managed to identify all participants in the fight. Ultimately, 29 individuals were taken to the internal affairs department for necessary investigative actions.
A criminal case has been initiated under the signs of a crime provided for by Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that the cause of the conflict was a confrontation in the parking lot of one of the stores between a driver and passengers of another vehicle over a dispute regarding a parking space. The disagreements escalated into a verbal altercation, which then turned into a fight.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, 11 individuals have been detained, including: B.L. born in 1987, B.R. born in 1977, B.A. born in 2006, B.A. born in 2005, B.T. born in 2005, A.S. born in 2006, B.M. born in 1982, M.S. born in 1998, T.F. born in 1992, V.R. born in 1997, S.U. born in 1991.
Additionally, protocols have been drawn up under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses against 18 individuals who violated public order.
Currently, the investigation of the criminal case is ongoing, necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are being conducted.
