According to information provided by the Bishkek City Police Department, a report of a fight was received at the "102" hotline on January 2, 2026, around 03:00. This case was registered in the log of the Sverdlovsk District Police Department.
As a result of this incident, officers from the Bishkek City Police Department brought the following individuals to the Sverdlovsk District Police Department: K. M. (born in 2001), A. N. and M. M. (both born in 2004), as well as B. R. (born in 2001). The materials related to the case were sent to the Public Safety Service of this department.
All mentioned individuals were held accountable in accordance with Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention cell at the Sverdlovsk District Police Department in Bishkek.
Additionally, a report was filed against A. N. for property damage. An investigation is currently underway regarding this case.
